We are all called to love one another

Leader: We are all called to love one another. Come, let us bring before God the promises of our hearts.

People: We will reach out to the anguished and shelter the brokenhearted. We will laugh with the joyful and pray with those who mourn.

Leader: We will join hands with the outcast and embrace the difficult. We will visit the sick and lonely and invite the stranger in.

People: We will seek out the troubled and lift up the weak. We will sit with those who are talked about and stand with the oppressed.

Leader: We will risk our solitude and comfort. We will redeem what has been lost. We will mend the broken pieces.

People: We will speak the words that matter. We will take a chance. We will find a way.

Leader: We will give without pride. We will serve without reward. We will break down barriers with love.

People: We will show the Christ in our actions. We will look for the Christ in the faces of those around us.

All: Come let us worship with our lives.
